How to watch Telegram videos on Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick
Straight answer: yes, with a manual install. The Fire TV Stick runs Fire OS, an Android without the Play Store, so Tevegram is not in its store. You install it yourself with the Downloader app, in about five minutes, and Premium is paid with Telegram Stars since Google cannot take the payment on this device.
What you need
- A Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube or Fire TV built-in television.
- The free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.
- Your phone with Telegram, for the sign-in QR code and for Premium.
Step by step
Allow installs from unknown sources. Settings, My Fire TV, Developer options, then turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources". If Developer options are not listed, go to Settings, My Fire TV, About and press the device name seven times.
Install Downloader, then fetch the app. Downloader is free in the Amazon Appstore. Open it and type tevegram.tv/apk in the address field, then Go. No https, no www. The file is about 18 MB. An older 32-bit stick takes tevegram.tv/apk32 instead. The full walkthrough is the button at the top of this page.
Connect your Telegram account. A QR code appears on the sign-in screen. On your phone, open Telegram, then Settings, Devices, Link Desktop Device, and scan it. No password to type with the remote.

Why is it not in the Amazon Appstore?
Publishing there is a separate distribution with its own review and its own billing. Our submissions have not gone through so far. Rather than leave Fire TV owners with nothing, we distribute the app ourselves from this site.
What about Premium, and updates?
A copy installed this way cannot make a Google purchase, so the app shows a QR code instead and the same lifetime unlock is paid with Telegram Stars from your phone. Updates are not automatic on this route: when a new version comes out, repeat the Downloader step with the same address. Installing over the existing copy keeps your account and your library.
Would a Google TV stick be simpler?
It would, and it remains a good answer if you would rather not install anything by hand: a Chromecast with Google TV or a Xiaomi Mi TV Stick on a free HDMI port gives you the Play Store, automatic updates and the normal purchase. The manual install exists so that you are not forced to buy hardware.

Can I mirror my phone to the Fire TV Stick instead?
Yes: Fire TV supports screen mirroring from Android phones (Display Mirroring). It works for an occasional video, with the usual limits: the phone stays busy, quality depends on Wi-Fi, and there is no library and no resume.
